We’re Zach and Michia Keith—husband and wife, healthcare professionals, and lifelong believers in the power of intentional training. Equipped Fitness exists to help people move better, grow stronger, and live fully—physically, mentally, and spiritually.
Zach is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a passion for restoring movement, preventing injury, and helping people train with wisdom rather than frustration. Michia is a certified Athletic Trainer who brings expertise in performance, injury prevention, and practical, real-world training that meets people where they are. Together, we bridge the gap between rehab and performance—helping clients not just recover, but thrive.
Our name, Equipped Fitness, comes from Ephesians 4:16, which speaks of the body being built up through love, support, and every part doing its work. That verse shapes everything we do. We believe our role is not to create dependence, but to equip—to teach, guide, and empower people with the tools they need to care for their bodies with confidence and purpose.
Faith is at the foundation of our business. We believe the body is a gift from God, meant to be stewarded—not idolized or neglected. Training isn’t about chasing perfection or punishment; it’s about excellence, discipline, and gratitude. Whether you’re an athlete, a busy parent, or someone simply trying to move without pain, you deserve care that is thoughtful, evidence-based, and rooted in truth.
